Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop solutions using Genesys Cloud CX and Genesys Architecture.
- Integrate Softphone APIs with Genesys CX.
- Utilize Genesys SDK for development tasks.
- Administer, configure, and implement Genesys Cloud CX platforms.
- Develop and manage Node.JS applications utilizing REST, SOAP, and Genesys APIs.
- Create dashboards to monitor queue activity, agent performance, and interactions.
- Administer and configure Genesys Cloud CX including contact center, telephony, routing, people, permissions, and outbound campaigns.
- Install and configure Genesys applications on AppFoundry.
- Troubleshoot configuration and routing issues within Genesys environments.
Required Skills:
- Experience with AWS.
- Proficiency in Genesys Cloud CX and Softphone.
- Contact Center Routing experience.
- Experience in On-premises Genesys environments.
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of Genesys on-premise components and composer development.
- Experience in Java/J2EE and API development/scripting integration.
- Genesys Cloud CX certification (preferred)
