Description

Design and Development experience in Genesys Cloud CX and Genesys Architecture.

-Experience in Genesys Cloud CX administration, configuration and implementation.

-Strong experience Node.JS/  Rest ,SOAP and Genesys APIs.

-Experience creating dashboards for monitoring queue activity, performance and interactions.

-Strong Experience in Gensys Cloud admin and configurations including contact center ,telephony, routing, people and permissions and outbound.

-Experience in Genesys installation and configuration in appFoundry.

-Troubleshooting experiences with the issues in configuring and routing related issues. 

Desired skills.:

Experience with Genesys on-prem and understanding of various Genesys components and composer development.

Exposure for Java/J2EE development and API Development /Scripting integration 

Genesys Cloud CX certification preferred
