Skill:- Genesys Cloud CX Developer
Must have skills:-
• Design and Development experience in Genesys Cloud CX and Genesys Architecture.
• Experience in Genesys Cloud CX administration, configuration and implementation.
• Strong experience Node.JS/ Rest, SOAP and Genesys APIs.
• Experience creating dashboards for monitoring queue activity, agent performance and interactions.
• Strong Experience in Gensys Cloud admin and configurations including contact center, telephony, routing, people and permissions and outbound.
• Experience in Genesys installation and configuration in app Foundry.
• Troubleshooting experiences with the issues in configuring and routing related issues.
Responsibilities:-
Mandatory:

Desired skills:-
• Experience with Genesys on-prem and understanding of various Genesys components and composer development.
• Exposure for Java/J2EE development and API Development /Scripting integration.
• Genesys Cloud CX certification preferred.
