Generative AI Consultant with PLM

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze current PLM workflows and identify opportunities for AI/ML integration.

Design and implement Gen-AI solutions to automate and enhance PLM functions (e.g., product design, BOM management, change control).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, PLM engineers, and business stakeholders.

Develop custom Gen-AI models or integrate existing tools (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, LLMs) into PLM environments.

Lead proof-of-concept (PoC) projects and scale successful prototypes.

Ensure data governance, security, and compliance standards are met.

Provide technical training and documentation for internal teams.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

5+ years of experience in PLM systems (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, Dassault ENOVIA).

2+ years of experience working with Generative AI/LLM technologies.

Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar.

Experience with AI/ML frameworks and APIs (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI API).

Solid understanding of digital threads, digital twins, and product data management.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or aerospace sectors.

Strong communication and consulting skills.
