GenAI Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy Generative AI solutions utilizing frameworks like RAG and LLM to address business challenges.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging GenAI and LLM technologies for enhancing products and services.
• Design, implement, and optimize Python-based solutions for training and deploying machine learning models.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and developers to integrate Generative AI capabilities into various applications and systems.
• Research and implement cutting-edge AI technologies to improve model performance and scalability.
• Lead the creation and management of AI models through their lifecycle, including data preprocessing, model training, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure model quality, efficiency, and robustness, and provide regular updates on AI initiatives to stakeholders.

Experience Requirements:

• 6-9 years of experience in Generative AI, specifically in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and LLM (Large Language Models).
• Proven track record with at least 2 projects in Generative AI or relevant AI-driven solutions.
• Proficiency in Python for model development, data processing, and AI tool integration.
• Familiarity with Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Deep Learning concepts.

Education: Any Post Graduation, Any Graduation
