Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct advanced research in Generative AI with a focus on mobility and RAN applications.
- Design, develop, and optimize AI models and algorithms to address real-world challenges in these domains.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows.
- Publish research findings in top-tier conferences and journals, contributing to the scientific community.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to the growth of the research team.
Qualifications:
- PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong research background in Generative AI (e.g., GANs, VAEs, diffusion models) with a focus on mobility and/or RAN.
- Proven track record of publications in top-tier AI/ML conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR, AAAI).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed computing frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in applying AI to mobility-related challenges (e.g., autonomous vehicles, traffic optimization, smart cities).
- Knowledge of RAN technologies and their integration with AI-driven solutions.
- Familiarity with 5G/6G networks and their applications in AI.
- Experience working in industry or collaborating with industry partners.
