  • Align AI/ML strategies with business objectives and technical standards.
  • Design scalable, secure, and compliant AI solutions (HIPAA-focused).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—data scientists, engineers, business stakeholders.
  • Hands-on with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and programming (Python, Java, Scala).
  • Preferred expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its AI services.
  • Drive POCs, innovation, and adoption of emerging AI technologies.
  • Strong experience in MLOps practices and lifecycle automation.
  • Mentor teams, lead technical discussions, and communicate with technical/non-technical audiences.
  • 12+ years in software development/architecture with a strong AI/ML focus.
  • Deep knowledge of healthcare standards, regulations, and industry needs
