- Lead end-to-end AI solutioning and architecture for healthcare IT projects.
- Align AI/ML strategies with business objectives and technical standards.
- Design scalable, secure, and compliant AI solutions (HIPAA-focused).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—data scientists, engineers, business stakeholders.
- Hands-on with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and programming (Python, Java, Scala).
- Preferred expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its AI services.
- Drive POCs, innovation, and adoption of emerging AI technologies.
- Strong experience in MLOps practices and lifecycle automation.
- Mentor teams, lead technical discussions, and communicate with technical/non-technical audiences.
- 12+ years in software development/architecture with a strong AI/ML focus.
- Deep knowledge of healthcare standards, regulations, and industry needs
