Job Description

  • Design and develop GenAI models, including fine-tuning large language models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Claude).
  • Lead the evaluation and integration of foundation models and APIs (e.g., OpenAI).
  • Architect scalable and secure AI pipelines for data processing, training, and deployment.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with generative AI technologies and large language models
  • Proven experience working with Microsoft Copilot (GitHub Copilot)  or Azure OpenAI Services
  • experience building Gen AI solutions with AWS Bedrock
  • Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in AI/ML frameworks
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model optimization techniques

 

Innovation & R&D:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in generative AI, multimodal models, and MLOps.
  • Drive experimentation with new models, prompt engineering, and domain-specific adaptations.
  • Create internal GenAI tools, copilots, or agents to enhance employee productivity and customer engagement.
  • Governance & Ethics:
  • Ensure AI systems are explainable, fair, and aligned with ethical guidelines and data privacy laws.
  • Establish monitoring systems to track model performance, drift, and user feedback in production.
  • Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field (PhD preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 3+ years in hands-on GenAI or LLM-related projects.
  • Strong experience with ML frameworks, LLMs (GPT, BERT, etc.), and cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Deep understanding of transformer architectures, embeddings, prompt engineering, RAG, and fine-tuning techniques.
  • Proven track record of delivering GenAI applications in enterprise or production environments.
