Job Overview:


The Technical Project Manager plans and coordinates the execution of cross-functional projects including product development, release to field, regulatory submissions, clinical studies, regulatory compliance and product roll-out.

Essential Responsibilities:
In this role you will:
• Working closely with the Product, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, and Engineering teams, generate timelines and milestones for each project.
• Serve as the main point of contact for the status of each project.
• Track project progress to ensure deadlines are met on spec, and communicate their status to internal and external stakeholders, making trade-offs as needed.
• Manage project resources and identify and escalate resource constraints promptly.
• Anticipate and identify issues and risks in meeting timelines, communicate them to relevant stakeholders, and develop and implement mitigation plans.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 5+ years of experience as a project Manager in Healthcare Software/Medical Device R&D or similar regulated environment with a demonstrated track record of successfully planning and delivering cross-functional technology projects.

Eligibility Requirements:
• This position is based in the United States only. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
• Must be willing to travel as required.
• 5-8 yrs of technical project management experience for AI/Sofware products in healthcare

Desired Characteristics:
• Technical background demonstrated either through a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (or equivalent) or through past work experience.
• Experience with any of the following is a plus: healthcare regulated environment, enterprise software, machine learning, software development.
