Description

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of infrastructure development experience, specifically with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services including computing, networking, storage, content delivery, administration, security, deployment, and automation.

At least 5 years of experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or equivalent tools.

In-depth knowledge of cloud infrastructure solutions such as:

Windows & Linux IaaS

Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery

Security and management

Networking and storage

OSS, containers, and IaC technologies

Proven experience in large-scale enterprise infrastructure deployments.

Experience with CI/CD automation.

Proficiency in scripting with Python, Bash, and PowerShell.

Google Cloud Foundational Certification required.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus):

Google Professional Cloud Architect Certification

Experience using Azure DevOps

Advanced expertise in Terraform

Primary Responsibilities:

Deploy and configure VPC environments and cloud instances as per Cloud Architect design.

Collaborate with the NetSecOps team to define and implement automated security controls in alignment with CISO standards.

Evaluate emerging GCP capabilities for adoption.

Manage cloud platform access, including users, groups, orgs, and roles based on IAM guidelines.

Develop monitoring and reporting tools to support cloud infrastructure operations.

Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for IaaS (via IaC), PaaS, and SaaS consumption on GCP.

Promote and advocate for cloud platform features to increase internal adoption.

Serve as a Tier-2 escalation point for incident resolution and troubleshooting of cloud-based systems.

Ensure consistent and automated network security policies in collaboration with NetSecOps
