Responsibilities

  • Make recommendations on integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure required to successfully implement a complete solution providing best practice advice to customers to optimize Google Cloud effectiveness.
  • Build a trusted advisory relationship with strategic accounts and engage with Architects
  • Manage the holistic enterprise architecture relationship with customers by collaborating with specialists, product management, engineering, and more.

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of technology solutions and ability to learn and work with emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud/IT technology space.
  • Understanding of large-scale computing solutions and the enterprise technology buying and evaluation process.
  • Ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries, build relationships, and achieve broader organizational goals.
  • Ability to deliver results and work cross-functionally. Ability to engage/influence audiences and identify expansion engagements.
  • Strong technical expertise in DevOps tools and methodologies for continuous tools improvement, process automation and innovation.
  • Ability to define SRE frameworks for various IT enterprise teams.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • GCP Certified Architect with Java and Go full stack enterprise app development skills.

Required Experience

  • Experience in executing a Cloud Migration project and in responding to RFI/RFP.
  • Proven experience in production support for GCP Services such as GKE, Istio, Spinnaker, Jenkins, Grafana, Prometheus.
  • Must have broad experience in IT domain including Public (Google Cloud & AWS) Cloud Architectures & Private/Hybrid, Containers (K8 & Docker) & App Development.
  • Hands-on experience in Re-architecting, Migrating and refactoring an existing legacy / monolithic application into Cloud Native solution.
  • Extensive experience at all levels of the technology stack – Infrastructure, Backend APIs, and Frontend Development.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field.
