Functional Testers

Job Description:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate test results and ensure alignment with acceptance criteria.
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
Contribute to UAT execution and support release readiness activities.
Maintain clear, structured documentation of test results and status reports for stakeholders.
Ensure test coverage for GxP-compliant applications aligned with regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, EMA, 21 CFR Part 11).
Minimum eligibility criteria Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field.
4–6 years of experience in manual functional testing of enterprise applications or SaaS products.
Exposure to Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Pharmacovigilance systems is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of STLC, SDLC, and risk-based testing methodologies.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as GxP, GAMP, or 21 CFR Part 11.
Experience working in Agile (Scrum or Kanban) environments.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Technology exposure Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., Jira, SnapseRT)
Experience with PV tools such as Argus Safety, Veeva Vault, or ARISg is a plus.
Working knowledge of Confluence, SharePoint, or other documentation tools.
Additional / nice-to-have criteria Basic knowledge of SQL for backend validation.
Experience in test automation or familiarity with tools like Selenium is an advantage.
Understanding of PV processes such as case processing or safety reporting workflows.
Exposure to validation documentation (e.g., IQ/OQ/PQ, RTM, FRS) is a plus
