Functional Supply Chain Engineer

We're looking for a hands-on Techno-Functional Engineer with deep expertise in SAP Supply Chain and Siemens Teamcenter PLM to lead integration and optimization efforts across our supply chain systems. This role supports the full product lifecycle, from conception through disposal, with a heavy focus on direct procurement and PLM.
🧠 What You’ll Do:
Analyze business requirements and workflows
Design, implement, and configure supply chain tech solutions
Integrate Siemens Teamcenter PLM with SAP
Drive change management and user training
Test and deploy new systems without disrupting operations
Monitor solution performance and troubleshoot
✅ Must-Have Experience:
7+ years in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Product Development
5+ years in Siemens Teamcenter PLM implementation
Full lifecycle Teamcenter experience in:
Document Mgmt
BOM Mgmt
Supplier Collaboration
Change Mgmt
SAP Integration
2+ years in business requirements, testing, UAT, offshore collaboration
Familiarity with Git, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins
