Collaborate with the QA team to develop effective strategies and test cases.
Execute test cases manually and analyse results.
Create bugs and defects for the existing and new functionality.
Working knowledge of test management software tools (e.g.: Jira, Xray, CMS tools, Sauce lab).
Create logs to document testing phases and defects.
Verify and test shopping cart, payment processing and delivery processes.
Design, develop, and document test plans with well thought out test cases Work with cross-functional teams to proactively improve on existing test plans and test cases.
Report bugs and errors to development teams.
Help troubleshoot issues.
Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
