Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a functional lead or consultant during the design and build phases of Dynamics 365 projects.
  • Elicit detailed requirements from business stakeholders and map them to D365 functionalities.
  • Create functional design documents that outline proposed solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into effective Dynamics 365 solutions and processes.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current system configurations and business needs.
  • Design and document solutions within Dynamics 365 that align with business objectives.
  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules to enhance business processes.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and adhere to best practices.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to facilitate successful implementation and integration of Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Oversee system testing and quality assurance, including regression testing for upgrades.

Develop and execute test plans to validate solution effectiveness.
