Functional Consultant

• Fusion Invest Expertise: Deep understanding of the Fusion Invest software and its functionalities.

• Financial Software Knowledge: Familiarity with other financial software, especially those used in capital markets.

• Data Analysis: Ability to analyze and map data effectively.

• System Configuration: Skills in configuring software systems to meet client needs.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Client Interaction: Consult with clients to understand their requirements and perform needs analysis

• System Configuration: Assist clients in configuring system parameters and controls based on their business practices and processes

• Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis and mapping activities, analyzing source data files and mapping data to target applications

• Implementation Support: Provide on-site or remote support during client conversions and ensure the system is functioning correctly

• Training: Offer consultative training and reinforcement of training to clients

• Troubleshooting: Test and troubleshoot system configuration and functionality, and assist in resolving any issues

• Project Management: Communicate project scope, status, and risks to stakeholders, and follow established project management standards

Skills and Qualifications:

• Market Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of capital markets, investment management, and financial services

• Communication Skills: Strong client-facing and communication skills to present and implement solutions

• Technical Expertise: Experience with Fusion Invest and financial software, particularly in capital markets software for front office, middle office, back office, or risk

Additional Requirements:

• Work Location: This role requires working out of client offices in West Des Moines

• Professional Services Experience: Experience with a financial software vendor is a strong plus
