Functional Analyst

Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Functional Consultant to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and maintaining SAP S/4HANA solutions to meet the business needs of our clients.
• They will collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality results.
• The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules and functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Configure SAP S/4HANA modules based on best practices and client needs.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users.
• Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide post-implementation support and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Stay updated on SAP S/4HANA latest features, releases, and industry trends.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales and Distribution, etc.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, including full lifecycle implementations.
• Proficiency in SAP Activate methodology and Agile project management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• SAP S/4HANA certification is a plus.
