Description

Work with Customer product owner to build the funnel to create backlog (list of processes which needs to automate using RPA) and prioritize based on business user’s input & process hours savings

Work with business users to understand the process which needs to automate and provide process optimization approaches with respect to automation. Take end to end as is process walkthrough as a part of requirement gathering.

Perform process analysis to decide feasibility of full automation or partial automation and create requirement document and Collaborate with Customer business customers to obtain proper access to applications, platforms, and systems applicable for the RPA BOT automation

Coordinate with offshore development team(s) to work on RPA development and explain requirement and functional approach 

Work closely with customer RPA COE team to perform migrations and audit documentation. Monitor environments, support BOTs running in production environment by responding to incidents raised by  business users in ServiceNow or Azure DevOps
