FullStack Engineer

Position Overview

As the company scales rapidly, it is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer with strong technical acumen to join the team and lead development on foundational frameworks for AI agent technologies. You'll work across the full stack, developing SaaS applications powered by LLMs and delivering solutions that are scalable, efficient, and production-ready.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop AI-driven SaaS applications using Generative AI
Architect reusable and high-performance systems
Lead API integration and development projects
Build complex web applications using modern frontend and backend stacks
Tackle advanced technical challenges to ensure robust core functionality
Collaborate closely with product, design, and research teams

Technical Stack

Languages: Python (backend), TypeScript, React, Next.js (frontend)
Infrastructure: Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Kubernetes, Docker
Tools: GitHub, Slack, Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace
Work Setup: Mac (Apple Silicon), dual-monitor environment

Requirements

Must-Have

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Mathematics, Physics, or related field
3+ years of web application development experience using modern frameworks
2+ years of backend development experience with at least one language (e.g., Python, Java)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containers (Docker, Kubernetes)
Business-level proficiency in either Japanese or English

Nice-to-Have

Experience in developing SaaS web applications
Hands-on experience with large-scale architecture design
Understanding or interest in Generative AI
Ability to stay on top of emerging tech and share knowledge within the team
