Job Summary

The SDE-III role is a senior-level position in the Web Development team under Operations, responsible for leading and mentoring a team of developers while contributing to key technical tasks. This includes architecting, designing, and implementing robust web

solutions, conducting code reviews, and ensuring software quality through testing. The role also involves project management, solving complex technical challenges, and staying updated with industry trends to meet evolving business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and guide a team of developers to ensure project goals are met effectively.

• Project Management: Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and coordination among stakeholders to ensure successful execution.

• Software Development: Architect, design, and implement scalable, high-performance web solutions that align with project requirements and industry best practices.

• Code Reviewing: Perform detailed code reviews to maintain code quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices.

• Testing: Implement and oversee testing strategies to ensure software is reliable, secure, and bug-free.

• Technical Problem-Solving: Address and resolve complex technical challenges that arise during development.

• Skill Development: Continuously learn and adopt new tools, technologies, and methodologies to keep up with industry trends.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in web development or related domains.

• A postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong expertise in modern web development technologies, frameworks, and methodologies.

• Proven ability to manage teams and projects effectively.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of software development life cycles.

Must-Have Skills

• Proficiency in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) or relevant web development stacks and frameworks.

• Strong expertise in JavaScript and its modern libraries or frameworks.

• In-depth knowledge of databases, including relational and NoSQL databases.

• Experience with version control systems like Git for collaborative development.

• A strong foundation in computer science, with expertise in algorithms, data structures, and system design.

• Familiarity with Linux operating systems and the ability to work efficiently within a Linux environment.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of additional programming languages such as Python, Java, or PHP.

• Experience with mobile development technologies like React Native, Swift, or Kotlin.

• Familiarity with DevOps principles and tools to support CI/CD workflows and cloudbased deployments.
