Job Summary:

We are seeking highly organized and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Data Entry Clerks. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data into company databases and systems. The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately input data into spreadsheets, databases, and proprietary software systems.

Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.

Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Organize and maintain electronic and paper files.

Respond to data-related inquiries and provide support to team members.

Perform regular data audits and clean-ups as necessary.

Adhere to data entry guidelines and company policies.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or administration is a plus.

Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar administrative role.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and data entry software.

Excellent typing speed and accuracy (ideally 50+ WPM).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work under minimal supervision.

Working Hours:

Full-Time: 35–40 hours per week, Monday–Friday.

Part-Time: 15–25 hours per week, with flexible scheduling options.
