Full Stack Software Engineer

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Software Engineer for a contingent assignment supporting large-scale software engineering initiatives. In this role, you will consult on complex projects with broad impact, contribute to strategic planning, and help resolve multifaceted technical challenges. You’ll collaborate closely with client teams to ensure solutions align with business goals and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of scalable software solutions using Java, Python, and Big Data technologies.
• Analyze and solve complex engineering problems involving multiple variables and unprecedented factors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver high-impact solutions.
• Provide strategic consultation and technical guidance to client personnel on software engineering best practices.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, demonstrated through professional work, consulting, military service, or education.
• Proficiency in Full Stack development using Java, SPARK, Python, and Big Data technologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as OpenShift and Data Private Cloud.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex systems and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
