We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our team and work on our call center system for live agents. The ideal candidate will have strong front-end and back-end development skills, with experience in React and NodeJS. This role involves developing the presentation layer, integrating telephony SDKs for voice, and creating dashboards and analytics for billing and call statistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the front end using React
  • Implement back-end services using NodeJS
  • Design and develop the presentation layer for the call center system

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience in full stack development
