Full Stack Java Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain full-stack Java applications in support of syndicated lending processes.
• Integrate with LoanIQ systems to automate, enhance, and manage loan lifecycle processes.
• Collaborate with business analysts and QA teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend and third-party systems.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and production deployments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues related to LoanIQ.
• Follow Agile methodologies and participate in daily standups and sprint planning.
• Document technical solutions and contribute to system architecture improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Java Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Java (8+), Spring Boot, and RESTful services.
• Solid experience in LoanIQ – understanding of its data model, API integration, and syndicated loan workflows.
• Frontend development experience using Angular, React, or similar frameworks.
• Proficiency in relational databases such as Oracle or SQL Server.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Docker).
• Experience with messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, JMS) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the banking or financial services industry, specifically in syndicated lending.
• Prior experience working in Agile environments.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
