Full Stack Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize scalable solutions, with a focus on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Utilize a data-driven approach to inform decision-making, identify areas of opportunity, and measure the impact of initiatives.
• Understand business contexts holistically, zooming into specific problems to solve them while considering the bigger picture.
• Lead projects and initiatives, providing guidance and mentorship to team members, and fostering a culture of innovation through operational excellence.
• Build new products and features from conception to launch, starting with an MVP and iterating in increments.
• Ensure the adoption of best practices in software development, security, and technology infrastructure, maintaining a high standard of quality without compromise.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in full-stack development on a large scale, with expertise in Javascript, React, NextJS, Vercel, and headless CMS.
• Technologies: Strong proficiency in Typescript is essential.
• Backend: Extensive experience with Node.js.
• AWS: Experience working in an AWS environment, utilizing multiple AWS services.
• Mindset: Growth-oriented with a passion for learning and tackling new challenges.
• Skills: Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills, with a bias towards action.
• Analytical Ability: Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
