Full Stack Engineer – AWS Connect

Mandatory Skills:

3+ years as a Full Stack Engineer in enterprise environments
Hands-on experience with AWS Connect, including contact flows & integrations
Proficiency in React, Node.js, and TypeScript
Solid knowledge of AWS services: Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway
Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Redux
Familiarity with secure API design and system observability
Strong Git workflow & CI/CD pipeline experience
Agile development expertise
Excellent collaboration & communication skills in distributed teams


Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement scalable full-stack features using modern cloud technologies
Build and customize AWS Connect contact flows and back-end integrations
Collaborate with DevOps, architecture, and security to ensure enterprise-grade solutions
Maintain high standards of code quality, performance, and security
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and planning sessions
