Full Stack Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Development Manager to lead the delivery of cutting-edge Generative AI (GenAI) solutions. This role involves managing end-to-end development of intelligent, scalable applications that integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and modern web technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including FSD, Data Engineers, python Developers, GenAi Developers and business stakeholders to drive innovation and deliver impactful AI-powered products.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack GenAI applications.
• GenAI Integration: Oversee integration of LLMs via APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.) into business workflows.
• Frontend Development: Guide teams in building responsive, user-friendly UIs using frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.
• Backend Development: Architect and manage scalable APIs and microservices using Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Data Integration: Ensure seamless connectivity with databases, data pipelines, and vector stores (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS).
• Prompt Engineering & RAG: Collaborate on prompt design and retrieval-augmented generation flows.
• DevOps & Deployment: Implement CI/CD pipelines and manage cloud deployments (AWS, Azure).
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and ML engineers to align technical delivery with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Programming Expertise: Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and backend languages (Python, Java).
• Frontend Frameworks: Deep experience with Angular (v8+), React, and state management tools (NgRx, Redux, Zustand).
• Backend Technologies: Proven experience with Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices.
• Database Knowledge: Hands-on with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
• GenAI Tools: Familiarity with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and vector databases.
• Cloud & DevOps: Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; containerization (Docker, Kubernetes); CI/CD pipelines.
• Version Control: Proficient in Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration frameworks.
• Understanding of RAG architecture and embeddings.
• Exposure to NLP, ML pipelines, or model fine-tuning.
• Familiarity with enterprise SDLC processes.
• Sensitivity to UI/UX for AI-assisted applications
