Full Stack Developer (React + Next.js Focus)

About the Role

We’re looking for a smart, resourceful, and technically strong Full Stack Developer to join our agile product team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly dynamic, comfortable working across the stack, and passionate about solving real-world problems with technology.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain modern web applications using React and Next.js

Understand, extend, and improve systems built on Laravel and Core PHP

Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to ship high-quality features

Optimize performance and maintain code quality across platforms

Proactively solve issues and contribute to technical decisions

What We’re Looking For

Proficiency in React and Next.js

Working knowledge of Laravel and Core PHP

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Willingness to take ownership and contribute beyond assigned tasks

Flexible with work hours; available for critical tasks as needed

Good to Have

Experience with REST APIs, Tailwind CSS, server-side rendering

Familiarity with databases like MySQL, Postgres and caching systems like Redis

Prior experience working in startups or small, fast-moving teams
