1. Work on the end to end accountability for web development projects
2. Understanding the client requirements, designing the solutions
3. Deliver the project to the clients
4. Troubleshoot the issues - custom web applications
5. Establish the framework, leverage open source and code re-use for higher productivity

4. Demonstrated leadership skills
