Full Stack Developer (Access Management Team, TOR)

The Access Management (AM) team within TOR is responsible for engineering and developing access management solutions for the firm. Reporting to the Tech and Data Division, the AM platform is built on a Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and consists of proprietary software products managing and enforcing entitlements within and outside the firm.

Technologies used include:
• Backend: Java, DB2
• Frontend: AngularJS, Angular 2.0
• Web Services: RESTful JSON, SOAP
• Servers: Tomcat, WebSphere Application Servers

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deploy the eCentral (Entitlements Central) platform and other applications at an enterprise scale.
• Collaborate with UI, Java, and DB2 developers across India, New York, and Montreal.
• Design and implement User Interface, Web Services, and SQL solutions to support business functionality.

Required Qualifications:
• 7–9 years of hands-on experience with:
o Angular
o Core Java 11
o Design Patterns, Spring, Hibernate
o SQL, Web Services, XML, Linux
• Experience in Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) using SOAP and REST.
• Strong SQL and stored procedure development skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or MIS.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Agile methodology and Behavior-Driven Development.
• Knowledge of DB2, Oracle, or Sybase databases.
