Full Stack Developer (Java + Node.js)

About the Role
We are hiring a Full Stack Developer skilled in Java and Node.js who can code with precision and ensure production systems run flawlessly. This role blends development and production support, requiring quick problem-solving, deep technical knowledge, and cross-team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
Build & enhance backend services using Java (Spring Boot) and Node.js (Express/NestJS).

Design & deploy RESTful / GraphQL APIs for scalable systems.
Work on SQL & NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Handle L2/L3 production support – incident triage, troubleshooting, root cause analysis.

Monitor & maintain system uptime using tools like Grafana, Splunk, Datadog.
Automate repetitive production tasks with scripts (Python, Shell).
Collaborate with Dev, QA, and Ops teams to ensure smooth releases and quick recovery from issues.

Core Skills
Backend: Java 8+, Spring Boot, Node.js, Express.js/NestJS.
Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
DevOps: Docker, Jenkins, GitHub Actions.

Testing: JUnit, Mocha, Chai, Jest.
Production Support: Incident management, RCA, monitoring, ITIL basics.
Version Control: Git, GitHub, GitLab.

Nice to Have
Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Microservices architecture.
Front-end exposure (React/Angular).
