Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain product features across frontend (React) and backend (Node.js).
  • Work on chat interfaces, interview scheduling, reporting dashboards, and productivity modules.
  • Build and consume RESTful APIs for third-party integrations.
  • Design and optimize MongoDB schemas for scalable applications.
  • Ensure error handling and recovery in API interactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, UX, AI/ML) for seamless delivery.
  • Write clean, modular, and reusable code suitable for SaaS platforms.


 

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years of fullstack development experience with React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB.
  • Practical knowledge in one or more of the following integrations is a plus:
  • Google Calendar + Zoom scheduling
  • QuickBooks or other accounting/billing systems
  • WhatsApp/SMS notification systems
  • Job Board APIs for posting/tracking
  • Payroll or HR systems (ADP, Zoho, etc.)
  • Browser Extension development
  • Understanding of multi-tenant SaaS platforms (CEIPAL, Oorwin, or similar) preferred.
  • Good knowledge of API integrations, OAuth 2.0, and MongoDB performance basics
