Full Stack Developer

Job Description

We are seeking 2 Full Stack Developers to join our Research Management Systems team. In this role, you will contribute to designing, developing, and implementing high-quality software solutions that drive critical business operations. This is a full stack development role split 60% front-end and 40% back-end, leveraging cutting-edge technologies in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reliable, and scalable software applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, QA, and Operations, to ensure successful product delivery.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and industry standards.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues promptly.
• Contribute to the improvement of software engineering standards, processes, and tools.

Qualifications

• Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 8+ years of software development experience with a focus on front-end or full stack development using .NET for web applications.
  • Proven experience within the Banking or Financial Services industry.
• Technical Skills:
  • Back-End: .NET Core, SQL Server.
  • Front-End: .NET MVC.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities to address challenges and obstacles effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
