Full-Stack Architect

Key Responsibilities 

Architecture, design, and implementation of full-stack platforms, ensuring scalability and maintainability. 

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, enforcing best practices and high-quality coding standards. 

Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions. 

Drive system integrations with third-party APIs, enterprise services, and internal data systems. 

Define and enforce coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and security best practices. 

Influence technical strategy and roadmap for platform development. 

Ensure solutions are extensible, modular, and future-proof. 

Must-Have Technical Skills 

Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS. 

Backend: Node.js, tRPC/GraphQL/REST, Prisma ORM. 

Database: PostgreSQL (schema design, optimization, and performance tuning). 

Architecture & Integration: Experience designing enterprise-grade full-stack applications, microservices, and APIs. 

Cloud & DevOps: CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP). 

Leadership: Mentorship, technical guidance, and solution influence for teams and clients. 

Required Qualifications 

8+ years of software development experience, with at least 3–5 years in an architect or senior technical leadership role. 

Proven track record of full-stack development, platform architecture, and enterprise solution delivery. 

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. 

Based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for evening calls with leadership/clients. 

Preferred Qualifications 

Experience with multi-tenant SaaS, data-heavy platforms, or microservices. 

Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP) or TOGAF. 

Familiarity with data visualization and reporting frameworks
