Job Description
Your tasks are:
• Testing, identifying, resolving and documenting end-user technical issues
• Troubleshooting and resolving software issues (O365)
• Re-imaging computers/hard drives
• Back-up and restore computer systems
• Setting up corporate IT, network printers, AD, SCCM, etc.
• Take responsibility for issues until resolution of all related requests
• Categorize and prioritize end-user support requests
• Perform inventory activities as required
This is what you bring with you:
• 1-2 years of professional experience in IT support desired
• Knowledge of ServiceNow is desirable
• Flexibility and team orientation
• Affinity for working in a project-based environment
• Fluent written and spoken German, basic knowledge of English
