Frontend Developer (with UX)

We are a SaaS company offering innovative solutions for Shopify merchants. Our product, Pumper, is already one of the top apps in its category. We're looking for a Front-End Developer who can bring our designs to life with a polished, user-friendly experience and take our product to the next level.

What Youll Do:

• Transform Designs into Reality: Implement pixel-perfect designs from Figma/Adobe XD into highly responsive, functional front-end code.
• Polish User Interactions: Add micro-interactions, such as button feedback, hover effects, and loading animations, to create a professional and intuitive user experience.
• Optimize Performance: Focus on improving Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, FID) and ensure the product runs smoothly across devices.
• Enhance Error Handling: Build clear, user-friendly error flows and messages to ensure seamless experiences even in edge cases.
• Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with designers and backend developers to deliver polished, high-quality features.
• Proactively Identify Issues: Spot and fix non-user-friendly interactions and improve overall usability.

What Were Looking For:

• Experience: 4-5 years of hands-on front-end development experience.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in React and Redux/Redux Toolkit for state management.
• Strong knowledge of CSS animations, transitions, and responsive design principles.
• Familiarity with performance optimization techniques like lazy loading and minimizing re-renders.
• UX Sensitivity: Ability to implement designs in a user-friendly way and refine interactions to feel polished and professional.
• Debugging Skills: Experience using tools like Redux DevTools and Chrome DevTools to identify and resolve front-end issues.
• Collaboration: Strong ability to communicate and work with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to Detail: A proactive approach to ensuring that the front-end looks and feels top-notch.
