Description

Must: 
1. Work with UX team to implement responsive designs that follow a “mobile-first” methodology. 
2. HTML, CSS, and JS content experiences that are delivered via email, SMS or web that are personalized though use of a handlebars templating engine. 
3. Experience working with CSS preprocessors such as LESS or SASS.
