What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

Develop and implement highly responsive user interface components using ReactJS (TypeScript), Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, and CSS-in-JS techniques.
Architect and automate the build process for production, using modern tools and frameworks.
Optimize front-end performance to ensure smooth and fast user experiences.
Work closely with designers, backend engineers, and product teams to deliver seamless applications.
Follow industry best practices for coding, security, unit testing, and documentation.
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and mentoring junior developers.
Collaborate with Agile teams, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.

Must-Have Technical Skills

✅ 5+ years of hands-on experience in ReactJS, TypeScript, HTML, CSS (Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, CSS Pre-processors).

✅ Deep understanding of React’s core concepts – Components, Hooks, Lifecycle Methods, Context API, Redux, and Data Structures.

✅ Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), DOM manipulation, event handling, and optimization techniques.

✅ Experience in building enterprise applications that are scalable, secure, and performant.

✅ Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, authentication protocols (OAuth, JWT), and API security best practices.

✅ Experience with modern front-end build tools like Webpack, Babel, and task runners.

✅ Strong knowledge of unit testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, Jasmine, or equivalent.

✅ Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and version control systems (Git, GitHub, Bitbucket).

✅ Experience in Banking or Retail domains is a MUST-HAVE.
