Front Office Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain API test automation using a Cucumber-based test framework.

• Partner with front office developers, QA engineers, and business analysts to ensure quality in trading system deliveries.

• Write and maintain scalable and maintainable test scripts in Python (preferred) or Java.

• Design and execute test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures for front office applications.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous test improvement processes.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience with API automation testing.

• Proficient in Python (preferred) or Java.

• Experience with Cucumber or similar BDD frameworks.

• Mandatory: Deep knowledge of Fixed Income Derivatives gained in a hedge fund or investment banking environment.
