Front End developer

Responsibilities

• Responsible for working with architect and implement the application as per the design.
• Implement new software functionality using state-of-the-art industry standard frameworks.
• Develop the POCs as needed before implementing the project requirements.
• Evaluate existing solutions, propose and implement improvements and extensions as required by the overall architecture of the product.
• Contribute to the teams SDLC improvement initiatives by utilizing standard practices as well as proposing areas of improvement – design, planning, implementation, testing, and documentation.

Required Skills

• Deep web application development knowledge and fluency with JavaScript (one or more modern frameworks including React, Angular or Vue), CSS, and HTML
• Must have JavaScript – Demonstrable mastery of JavaScript, and experience with one or more front-end frameworks: React, Angular, Vue, etc.
• Must have CSS, including preprocessors like Sass or PostCSS, naming methodologies such as BEM, and techniques for scaling CSS on large projects.

Required Experience

• 6+ years’ Experience in Front-End development using UI technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, Ajax, AngularJS and Bootstrap.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful web services and microservices (Java, Spring boot, Mulesoft).
• Experience with C#, Java or JavaScript.
• Experience in multi-tasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Experience with version control systems like GIT and TFS.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field
