FoundationDB Architect

Must have – FoundationDB, C++ (Go would be added benefit) , LLVM or similar (LLVM, GCC,) , AWS

Responsibilities:

Implement scalable solutions using FoundationDB
Maintain high availability in distributed systems.
Optimize database performance and ensure data consistency.
Setting up test cluster environment, benchmarking, visualizing results, tracing, debugging, and making code changes.
Collaborate with others in a research and development environment, participate in executive speaker series, and showcase effective problem-solving skills. Researching experiences in quantum computing, quantum simulation, quantum chemistry, quantum information or related areas.
 

Essential skills / experience:

5+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and operating highly scalable distributed systems
4+ years of experience with FoundationDB
Working experience with programming languages of C++ (Go would be added benefit)
Experience in cloud deployment and monitoring technologies, such as Kubernetes
Knowledge of classical compilation techniques such as LLVM or similar (LLVM, GCC, etc.)
Knowledge: AWS, Security, Privacy
Required Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect and AWS Security
