Flutter / Mobile Engineer

Experience: 3 – 5 yrs professional mobile experience (2 + yrs Flutter in production)

Skills: 

•Strong experience with Dart & Flutter 3, widget tree optimization, custom rendering/painting, adaptive layouts.

 •Solid knowledge of state management (Riverpod, Bloc, or equivalent) and clean architecture.

 •Experience integrating REST or GraphQL APIs (Postman/Insomnia familiarity a plus).

 •Familiarity with local persistence (Hive or SQLite) and background sync patterns.

 •Understanding of real-time communication (WebSockets, push notifications, Firebase Messaging).

 •Good testing habits: widget, integration, and golden tests (experience with Mockito or similar tools).

 •Proficiency with Git-based workflows, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.

 •Attention to Material 3 / Cupertino design, accessibility, and localization (i18n / l10n).

 •Published one or more apps on the App Store and Play Store (please share links if available).

Nice to Have (Will Make You Stand Out)

 •Experience with charts/graphics libraries (such as fl_chart) for visualizing data.

 •Exposure to sports, live scoring, or real-time apps (but not required).

 •Familiarity with analytics SDKs (Mixpanel, Segment) and basic understanding of in-app purchase flows.

 •Ability to write platform-specific code (Kotlin/Swift) when needed for native device features.

 •Interest in staying current with the Flutter community (Flutter meetups, tech blogs, etc.).

Soft Skills & Culture Fit

 •Comfortable working in an early-stage product environment, where requirements evolve through real user feedback.

 •Strong communication skills in English or a local language (Hindi or Telugu). You should be able to comfortably demo your work to the team. We welcome developers who are strong technically even if their spoken English is not perfect.
