We are looking for a highly skilled Flutter Developer with expertise in mobile app development and a strong understanding of React, .Net, and QA processes. The ideal candidate should have 6-9 years of experience, with a proven track record of leading development teams and delivering high-quality mobile applications.
 

Key Responsibilities :
 

- Develop and maintain high-performance mobile applications using Flutter.
 

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, ensuring best coding practices.
 

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate React, .Net, and QA processes into the development lifecycle.
 

- Solve complex technical challenges and optimize app performance, security, and scalability.
 

- Work in an agile, fast-paced remote environment, ensuring timely project delivery.
 

- Implement CI/CD pipelines, manage repositories, and ensure smooth version control using Git.
 

- Facilitate effective team collaboration, stakeholder communication, and project management.
 

Required Skills :
 

- Expertise in Flutter and deep knowledge of mobile architecture.
 

- Strong familiarity with React, .Net, and QA best practices.
 

- Hands-on experience with version control tools like Git and CI/CD workflows.
 

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Qualifications :
