About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
2. Collaborate with UI/UX designers and refer to Figma designs to implement pixel-perfect UIs.
3. Implement state management solutions like Provider, GetX, or BLoC.
4. Integrate backend services using Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Storage, etc.) and RESTful APIs.
5. Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment processes.
6. Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and maintainability.
7. Stay updated with the latest trends in Flutter and mobile development.

Required skills & qualifications:

1. Solid understanding of Dart and Flutter frameworks.

2. Experience with state management (Provider, GetX, Riverpod, etc.).

3. Familiarity with Firebase services like Firestore, Authentication, and Cloud Storage.

4. Experience integrating RESTful APIs into mobile applications.

5. Good grasp of mobile UI/UX design principles and ability to work with Figma designs.

6. Version control experience using Git/GitHub.

7. Excellent problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and adapt.

Preferred (bonus) skills:

1. Knowledge of Native android/IOS development.

2. Experience publishing apps on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

3. Familiarity with Agile development practices and tools like JIRA
