Fixed Assets & Lease Accounting Specialist

Job Title: Fixed Assets & Lease Accounting Specialist (Contract)
Location: Pune
Work Mode : On-site (Magarpatta, Pune)

Required Qualifications & Skills:
 4-5 years of experience in Fixed Asset & Lease Accounting.
 Strong SAP knowledge.
 Expertise in Fixed Asset Accounting, and Lease Accounting (IND AS 116, IFRS 16).
 Experience with physical asset verification.
 Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data analysis).
 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Role Overview:
 Responsible for implementing processes and solutions to accurately record and manage all
aspects of Fixed Asset & Lease Accounting.
 Oversee lease accounting processes, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and IND
AS standards.
 Support chart of accounts alignment, back-office integration, and payment processing
related to fixed assets and leases.
 Ensure accurate capitalization, depreciation, and amortization of fixed assets and
leasehold improvements.
