Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with a strong background in FileNet for our team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in enterprise content management systems, exhibit strong leadership qualities, and demonstrate a proven ability to manage and guide technical teams. This role requires a combination of technical proficiency, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Technical Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of developers and engineers in the implementation and support of FileNet-based solutions.
• Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
• System Architecture: Design and architect scalable and robust FileNet solutions that meet business needs and adhere to best practices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other IT professionals to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the reliability and performance of FileNet systems through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to industry standards.
• Issue Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions to maintain system integrity.
• Documentation: Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation of system designs, configurations, and procedures.
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years focused on FileNet solutions.
• Technical Skills:
• Extensive knowledge of FileNet P8, Content Navigator, and other IBM ECM products.
• Proficiency in Java, J2EE, web services, and related technologies.
• Experience with databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or DB2.
• Familiarity with various operating systems, particularly Windows and Linux.
• Strong understanding of network protocols and security best practices.
