Description

  • Provide on-site troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of commercial printing presses and/or copiers.
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and system-related issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
  • Install new equipment and perform calibration and setup to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers on proper equipment use and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to report complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and equipment performance.
  • Ensure all service work is compliant with safety and quality standards.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Field Technician or similar role, with a focus on commercial printing presses and/or copiers.
  • Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, with the ability to address complex issues.
  • Excellent knowledge of printing press operations, copier systems, and related hardware/software.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical diagrams, and technical manuals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
