At IITJobs, Inc., we are seeking a Federal Recruiter/HR with DoD Experience to join our team and support the Department of Defense (DoD),  with a Strong understanding of Cyber Excepted Service (CES) policies, This hybrid role is based in Arlington, VA.

Required/Mandatory Skills:-

Clearance: Active Secret

Education/Experience: Master’s degree in field related to tasking with 15 Years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert technical advice and guidance on Cyber Excepted Service (CES) related HR matters
• Strong understanding of Cyber Excepted Service (CES) policies
• Support DoD Component leaders, HR offices, and the broader workforce on a variety of HR concerns
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with DoD HR policies and objectives

Technical:

• 7+ years of federal HR experience (preferably with DoD), demonstrating expertise in recruitment and staffing to support personnel system management and oversight of the CES. 
• In-depth knowledge of Title 5, Title 10, and Department of Defense personnel policies.
• Experience as a civilian GS/GG-0201 in Recruitment and Staffing is crucial for this role.
