Description

Required experience:

  • Device Deployment & Configuration: Set up and configure new laptops and desktops, including OS installation and driver updates. Ensure all devices meet company security and compliance standards.
  • Break-Fix Support & Repairs: Diagnose and resolve hardware failures on laptops, desktops, and peripheral devices. Collaborate with vendors for warranty repairs and part replacements.
  • Peripheral Device Support: Troubleshoot and resolve issues with keyboards, mice, monitors, and docking stations. Assist with setup and maintenance of other peripherals such as external storage devices.
  • Mobile Device Support: Manage company-issued mobile phones, tablets, and associated applications. Assist with mobile device enrolment, security compliance, and troubleshooting.
  • Hardware Inventory & Lifecycle Management: Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all end-user computing devices. Track device assignments, replacements, and ensure timely upgrades.
  • Software & Application Support: Install, update, and troubleshoot standard software (MS Office, Adobe, collaboration tools, business applications). Address application errors, compatibility issues, and software crashes. Maintain compliance with software licenses, renewals, and upgrades. Ensure users have the latest approved software versions.
  • Email & Communication Support: Support and troubleshoot email-related issues in Outlook and Microsoft Teams. Assist users with email configurations, shared mailboxes, and distribution groups.
  • File Sharing & Cloud Collaboration: Provide assistance with OneDrive and SharePoint file access and permissions. Educate users on cloud collaboration best practices.
  • Printer, Scanner, & Copier Support: Manage connectivity, driver installation, and troubleshooting of printing devices. Coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Remote Access & VPN Support: Ensure secure remote access for employees using VPN and other remote work solutions. Troubleshoot connectivity and authentication issues.
  • Microsoft Technologies & Security: Manage and support Microsoft Azure Tenant and Multi-Geo configurations. Maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications and services. Ensure endpoint security through Microsoft Defender. Deploy and manage policies via Microsoft Intune.
