EUC Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Hands on experience on laptop imaging and troubleshooting.
• Experience using SCCM for Deployment or relevant IT System administration.
• Experience and knowledge in building scripts with PowerShell and for needs of unique application/package builds.
• Experience and hands-on experience with SQL queries and VB Script.
• Experience administrating Microsoft Windows Server environments. (2008,2012, 2016)
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Windows Desktop OS Win10.
• Knowledge of SCCM - System Centre Configuration Manager. Intune.
• Activities in scope.
• Core Image creation, update (currently W10 LTSB 1607 ; W10 LTSC 1809 ; W10 ENTERPRISE 1903, approximately 15 hardware types, 2 updates per year) HW driver pack creation, update Main activities.
• Design , creation, integration tests (non-regression) ,release deliverable Architecture review and involvement in design authority
• Deployment of new core images Provide support to onsite resources during core image download within staging activities (New PC installation, or PC Refresh)
